Cancellation and Refund Policy for Mentorship India
At Mentorship India, we strive to provide the best services to our aspirants. We understand that there may be situations where a refund or cancellation is necessary. Therefore, we have established a refund and cancellation policy to address such scenarios.
Refund Policy:
1. If the aspirant receives damaged or defective books, they must inform us within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. Our team will evaluate the issue and provide a suitable resolution. This may include a replacement or exchange depending on the nature of the issue. In such cases, the aspirant may be required to provide photographic evidence of the damage or defect.
2. Refunds will not be provided for general dissatisfaction with the content or quality of the books and the Mentorship Program. We provide detailed descriptions of our program and previews of our study material to help aspirants make informed decisions before enrolment.
Cancellation Policy:
1. If the aspirant wishes to cancel an order, they must do so within 24 hours of registration. Cancellation requests made after this time period may not be entertained.
2. To request a cancellation, the aspirant can contact their mentors/counsellors or send a detailed email to services@mentorshipindia.com
3. If the cancellation request is received within the stipulated time frame, a refund will be initiated through the same mode of payment used during the purchase. The refund amount will be processed within 7-10 working days.
Note: Mentorship India reserves the right to modify or update the refund and cancellation policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be communicated on our website or through email to ensure transparency and provide a hassle-free experience to our aspirants.
